This 3-day safari includes a visit to both Tsavo East National Park and Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo East is known as the “Land of Lava, Springs, Man-eaters and Magical Sunsets”. Tsavo West is the second largest national park in Kenya, and it’s separated from Tsavo East by the highway that connects Nairobi to Mombasa. The park is more scenic than Tsavo East National Park with rouged mountainous areas. The Mzima Springs and the Shetani Lava Flows are unique attractions found at the park.

Itinerary
Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park
Early picked up from your hotel in Mombasa and drive to the Tsavo East National Park, entering through the Bachuma Gate. Once inside the gate, your game viewing will begin. Your drive includes a visit to the Kander Swamps and Aruba Dam to watch the red elephant, buffalo, lion, cheetah and antelope. Your game drive will take you to the Voi Safari Lodge where you will check in, have lunch and relax. Later in the day, you will go for an afternoon game drive returning for dinner and your overnight stay at the lodge.

Early breakfast and then check out and head to Tsavo West to enter through the Tsavo River gate. Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness and offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world attractions include elephants, rhinos, hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and buffalos. The park holds a wide range of habitats, wildlife and a young mountain scenery unique in Kenya, a spectacular showcase of recent geological activities.

Mombasa or Diani
You will rise and take off on an early morning game drive and then return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you will check out with a packed lunch to enjoy along the way. Embark on another game drive as you travel back to Mombasa or Diani. This is where you will be dropped off at your hotel. This is where your safari will end.
